If you have disabled SMS function in Outlook on your PC, we hope these instructions will help you.

- Step 1: Download and install the software

Microsoft Outlook’s AutoText feature allows you to automatically insert predefined blocks of text in comments by typing multiple celebrities and pressing Enter. If you have a large number of AutoText elements, you might accidentally add duplicate words or even entire paragraphs. You can turn off this attribute along with the popup that appears as you type to change the AutoComplete setting in Outlook options.
Select the Mail tab, then click the Editor Options button.
Click Advanced Outputs, then uncheck the Show from AutoComplete Suggestions box.
Click OK several times to save your changes as close window options.

- Since you have disabled autocomplete, you can manually insert autotext and other quick part entries. Click Parts on the Insert ribbon, then just click one of the master records, or even click AutoText to select an AutoText entry.
- Outlook also has a great standalone AutoCorrect feature that replaces safe words that are marked as misspelled. To disable this feature, select the Mail tab in the options window, turn over Spelling and AutoCorrect, click AutoCorrect Options, and uncheck the Replace text as you type box.
